Our flagship product. What's Hot In Tucson is an annual review of the world's largest gem show - Tucson!! Hosted by mineral-collecting pioneer David Wilber, this is the most complete DVD review of the entire Tucson experience available. Wilber has exclusive access to many of the most spectacular specimens that the dealers keep hidden away for only their top customers.

New for 2008, What's Hot In Tucson: ONLINE are video segments we shot while working on WHIT but, due to limited space, they did not make it on to the DVDs. These are still great segments with great minerals and interviews so we've put them online for everyone to watch for FREE.

Updated weekly.

This is where we will be posting one-on-one interviews with some of the mineral-collecting hobby's most interesting people. They share their stories of collecting and the passion they have for these natural treasures. Keep checking back for new episodes or register with us for updates.

The 2008 Tucson Gem & Mineral Show was a landmark event as millions of dollars of the finest minerals that have ever been found in the United States came together for the first, and possibly, last time. You've seen the book, you've seen the photos, now here comes the film. A three-part DVD series, the first part, American Mineral Treasures - Red is due out late summer of 2008.

It's been over 20 years since this book was last published and finding a copy is like finding a needle in a haystack. One of the all-time classic mineral books, Dr. Peter Bancroft's Gem & Crystal Treasures is undergoing a major revision with all new photos, all new chapters and all new stories.

Bancroft, now 92 years young, and BlueCap Productions are now hard at work bringing this classic book up-to-date. Scheduled for a Tucson 2010 release, register with us for updates on this monumental project.

At the Sunday Evening Event during the 2008 Westward Look Mineral Show, five women took the stage to share with us their perspective of this hobby. Join Gail Spann, Ann Frazier, Dawn Minette, Carolyn Manchester, Kerith Graeber and Diane Brownlee as they talk about their experiences and answer questions from the audience.

The messages in this program are so important for the next generation of mineral collectors, especially the girls, that BlueCap Productions will be posting this entire video online for FREE.

Beginning in June, 2008 there will be weekly segments added online until the entire show is available for everyone. Register with us today for more information and to keep updated on the latest developments.

At the 2004 Westward Look Show, five mineral-collecting legends came together to form a panel the likes of which had never been seen before. Steve Smale, David Wilber, Pete Bancroft, Charlie Key, Bill Larson and Ed Swoboda spent a magical evening sharing their thoughts on the Golden Age of Minerals.

Now available on DVD for the first time, the Golden Age of Minerals is a true piece of history. Originally filmed by Little Gnome Productions, this is now available through BlueCap Production's online store.

The Westward Look Mineral Show has quickly become the "must visit" show during the whole Tucson event. Not only are some of the best dealers exhibiting here, every year they have a Saturday Dealer's Day and a Sunday Evening Program that is the talk of the town.

If you are in Tucson and interested in minerals, you simply must visit this show.
