International Orders

Thank you for your interest in BlueCap Productions products.

Our online store, as it's currently set up, can not directly accept international orders (and believe me, we're working with our provider to change that!!).

However, we have a work-around that will ensure that you get your product with a minimum of hassle.

HOW TO ORDER
Simple email us at orders@bluecapproductions.com with your order and we will send you an electronic invoice that you can conveniently pay online using any major credit card. Once we receive your order, we'll ship your package and you should receive it within 6-10 days to most locations.

SHIPPING
We prefer to ship using the United States Postal Service's Priority International service. This allows us to quickly package and send out your order in addition to providing us tracking services. The cost of this service is $25 USD but it is the best and most reliable way we've found to get your package to you quickly and safely.

CHECKLIST
When you do email us at orders@bluecapproductions.com, make sure you include the following information:

Once we receive your email, we will send you an electronic invoice with your itemized total. Once you receive the invoice, you can follow the included instructions to pay using either PayPal or any major credit card. You'll receive another email notice once your order has been shipped.

So just one email, one invoice and your order will be on its way. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy all the great programming from BlueCap Productions.
